As of the date listed below, the following countries comprise Country Groups D1, D4, and D5 as listed in Supplement 1 to Part 740 of the EAR. These countries are restricted destinations for GPUs that meet the technical specifications in the Commerce Control List under ECCNs 3A090 or 4A090, which target advanced computing items typically used in supercomputers. These ECCNs specifically exclude countries that are also listed in Country Groups A5 or A6 in EAR Part 740, Supplement 1.
