This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) governs the provision of resources by Empire AI Consortium, Inc. (“Empire AI”) to the consortium member institutions (each, a “Member”). It defines service standards, resource allocation, support procedures, and governance requirements for all authorized users (“Users”).  Members shall be and remain fully responsible for the acts and omissions of their Users.
