Institutional member representatives

Each of the consortium's member institutions has a representative who is typically also member of the board of Empire AI Consortium, Inc. These representatives meet weekly to help direct Empire operations, and quarterly in the Empire AI board meeting to oversee the company, providing strategic and fiduciary oversight, leadership, and accountability.
